Q: Is there any allergen information I should know about your cookies?
A: We use flour and dairy in all of our cookies.  In The Triple Chip, Peanut Butter Chip and the Chocolate with Peanut butter Chip cookies there is peanut butter. The only cookie with nuts is the White Chocolate with Macadamia Nut cookies. All of our cookies are baked in the same oven.

Q: What are the shipping cost and method?
A: Right now we use USPS to ship our cookies. This is the most cost effective way for us to ship. It allows us to keep the shipping costs low.

Shipping charge per bag is $2.00.

Shipping charge per gift box:

3 Bag Box = $6.00
6 Bag Box = $6.00
9 Bag Box = $12.00

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:We can, but you will have to contact us to arrange it.

Q: How fresh are our cookies when they are shipped?
A:The reason why we like selling over the internet is that we can always make sure that the cookies are baked fresh and then sent directly to you. So the cookies are always sent no more than a day after they are baked.

Q:What is the shelf life to your cookies? What can I do to prolong that?
A: Our shelf life for the cookies is about 2 weeks. Usually it can be quite a bit longer but we say two weeks to stay safe.  If you are not going to eat all of the cookies right away, twisty tie them up and put them in the fridge.  They will last twice as long. If you want to store them away for something special, just pop them in the freezer and they will last even longer. Our cookies freeze really well.  When you are ready to eat them just take them out and let them sit in room temperature for about 20 minutes. If you prefer ,you can put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds or so.
